What are the check-in e check-out times?

Check-in: from 16 to 18

It is possible to agree on different times, subject to room availability.

In any case, since we do not offer 24-hour Reception service, we always ask our kind guests to communicate the expected arrival time well in advance, and to update us in case of changes.

Do you offer a H24 Reception service?

No: we will be present in the Relais from breakfast to lunch time and we will return during the afternoon in case of arrivals, but we will always be traceable and we will arrive within a few minutes.

Guests have the keys to enter and exit freely at all hours.

Breakfast is included?

Yes, breakfast is always included.

Can I come with the children?

Relais Rantegosa welcomes all guests from 12 years of age.

Can I come with my dog?

Pets are not allowed in our facility.

Can I use the kitchen?

Access to the kitchen is strictly reserved to the staff of the Relais and is forbidden to guests.

In the breakfast room you will find dishes and cutlery available: if you want you can have your meals purchased outside in the dining room, on the balcony or in the garden. Please do not take meals in the room.

I suffer from a severe allergy to ... can I come to you?

Premise: Relais Rantegosa is located in the middle of a park, the essences are innumerable and pollens are abundant especially in spring.

Also in the garden the cats of the villa freely turn and it can happen that they enter the living room, especially when there are open windows.

The house is cleaned regularly and more thorough cleaning takes place after the passage of four-legged guests, but – for obvious reasons – we cannot guarantee a sterile or pristine environment.

If you suffer from allergies, please let us know at the time of booking and bring the equipment you need to stay healthy, we will do our best to guarantee you a comfortable stay.

Do you have products for food intolerances and allergies?

On request it is possible to have packaged products for celiacs / gluten intolerants and products for lactose intolerant.

Can I explore Villa Bombrini?

Guests can walk along the driveway to and from the gate, but it is forbidden to continue along the avenue to the top, to enter the neighboring grounds or to enter the gardens different from the front of the house and the one dedicated to dogs: they are all private properties.

How far is the Relais from the Chiavari Center? And from the sea?

We are 10 minutes walk from the historic center and 15 from the seafront.

Do we need a car to get around?

Chiavari can be visited on foot, but if you want to visit Portofino and San Fruttuoso or Le Cinque Terre, we suggest you consider the train or the boat, since the parking spaces are extremely limited.

If you want to visit the other places on the coast, in high season we recommend the train or public transport.

How far is the Relais from the bus and train station?

The station is about 15 minutes on foot, 5/10 by car depending on traffic.

How do I get from Genoa airport if I don't have a car?

Genoa’s Cristoforo Colombo airport is connected to the city center by taxi and bus.

It is therefore possible to arrive at the Piazza Principe train station.
The train journey from Genoa to Chiavari takes between 45 minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the type of train. From 1 July 2019 the ATP service Tigullio Airport Shuttle is active, which connects the Cristoforo Colombo airport to the towns of the Tigullio in about 70 minutes.

Where can I park my car?

Each room has 1 guaranteed parking space in the square of Relais Rantegosa.

In high season it is therefore possible that, if you come with two cars, you will have to park one outside the gate.

Can a bed be added in the room?

Each room, except the Yellow, can accommodate up to two people, it is not possible to add beds, camp beds, mattresses, cots, etc.

The Yellow Room is the only one able to accommodate up to four people.
